To provide a means by which Shawnee High School Alumni can         work together to serve our school and our community.

 
                          History

Shawnee High School opened in 1928 as an all girls school.  It became co-educational in 1950 and through the years has produced many successful, professional individuals.   The school remains the largest high school in Louisville, Ky., and in the entire Jefferson County Public School System,
